About the Role

The VP of Marketing will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that take Modus Planning from <$2MM ARR to $20MM+ and beyond. This role requires a data-driven, execution-focused leader who thrives at the intersection of marketing, product-led growth, and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate will:

1. Own and scale marketing functions, including content marketing, performance marketing, SEO, brand, and demand generation.

2. Build and lead a team, transitioning from an individual contributor role to a structured, highly effective team as the company grows.

3. Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience insights.

4. Optimize the customer journey from lead acquisition to retention, ensuring scalable, repeatable growth.
